Today, Christiansen
Construction does a wide
variety of construction
including, hospitals,
churches, banks, sewage and
water treatment plants,
swimming pools, housing
projects, paving and
sidewalks, numerous types of
commercial buildings and
some residential jobs. Some
of the most unique projects
completed in the past 60
years were the installation
of the hydraulic hoist
cylinders at Gavins Point
Dam near Yankton, South
Dakota and the Willow Creek
Dam near Pierce, Nebraska.
Christiansen Construction has also been
working on continuing
projects at the Nucor Steel
plant in Norfolk, Nebraska
for the past 25 years.
